UNABLE TO PRINT YOUR POSTER?
Please write your booking number on a piece of paper and stick it to at least one of the bags that is visible to our drivers.
MORE OR LESS BAGS?
As long as you do not exceed 25 bags in total, you do not need to notify us if your bag numbers change. If you do have more than 25 bags please email [email protected]
WHEN WILL YOU PICKUP MY BAGS?
Our drivers start early and work until nightfall. We will do our best to pick up your bags on the day you have requested, If your bags are not going to be picked up for any reason, we will notify you. If your bags are still uncollected the next day, please contact us
